I am so glad you are here.
 
I am an entry-level public relations specialist passionate about social media, brand and influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling.
 
Although my expertise is primarily in PR, I am also a strong storyteller and journalist. I believe these skills complement each other because every brand and organization has a story to tell, and I want to help tell it.
 
I have been working in journalism since I was 15. Throughout high school, I was on my school's newspaper staff for all four years and my yearbook staff for two. Taking those classes early on in my education helped pave the way to where I am today. 
 
I am a soon-to-be graduate from Western Washington University, majoring in public relations and minoring in women's, gender, and sexuality studies. I have a solid understanding of public relations through my academic coursework and internship experiences.
 
To briefly summarize my experience so far, I've organized and promoted events for Prada Beauty, Bloomingdale's, Hästens, and Trophy Cupcakes. I also have over two years (and counting!) of social media content planning and creation experience from my time at The Rage Magazine and internships.
